There are many things that can be done and need to be done to lower the incidences of Type 2 Diabetes and slow the rise in Obesity in Australia. Support is needed for great organizations such as Diabetes Australia – Vic who work hard undertaking research into diabetes management, prevention and the search for a cure. But, first and foremost it is really up to you to take steps to be pro-active in your own health management and lower your chances of becoming another statistic. What is the Outa-Fatness Charity Challenge? Summary
1st Prize $5000 2nd Prize $3000 3rd Prize $2000 (see closing party info at bottom of page for full prize details) Full details of the Outa-Fatness Charity Challenge Each challenger will set 5 goals (detailed info on exactly how to set these goals for optimal results will be provided) that they wish to achieve for their health & fitness over the course of the 12 weeks. Don’t worry, we will help you and if you are able to address areas other than just food & exercise – YOU will get much better results that will last a lifetime and the fat will just drop off you. How do I know? Because we have trained hundreds of clients and we know that the human body does not want to be fat – it just needs a little help in the right places and it will help you back by rewarding you for your efforts with fast fat loss, fitness & muscle tone! If YOU have struggled in the past, tried everything but nothing ever works and are frustrated with your health & fitness (of lack of) then the ‘Outa-Fatness Charity Challenge’ is for you! So, the challenge runs for 12 weeks and over those 12 weeks you will work towards your goals. Every 2 weeks you will be required to submit your results via the website, full details will be provided via email after you register. Then, at the end of the 12 weeks you do the same again – only this time YOU look fantastic in your ‘After’ pictures. Note: We are not some crazy new age group that require you to mediate your weight off – our ‘super shape up system’ is based on real world case studies and has been tried and tested over & over again.
